I recently purchased the De'Longhi Cool-zone fryer.
What a cool fryer this is. So easy to keep clean because I can wash practically all of it in hot water & detergent.
It only takes about five minutes to heat up the oil from cold.
I cooked fish in it & changed the oil when it cooled. It was a doddle to do with the easy clean tap system. Every time I want to cook fish now I drain the good oil & replace it with my fish oil.

Incredibly easy to empty using the tap - no more messy oil everywhere.
So easy to keep clean - just lift out the heating element and put everything else into the dishwasher.
Permanent filter is cleaned every time you wash the lid.
Just wish I had brought one like this years ago and saved myself all the aggro!!

I Have previously used a traditional chip pan (and dealt with a minor kitchen fire) and then a "cool wall" plastic contraption which was a nightmare to empty and grew steadily greasier and more unsightly by the day. I finally decided to splash out the money on this steel beauty and ever since I've been kicking myself for not having done it sooner. I swear, it's produced some of the best chips I've ever tasted, it's an absolute doddle to clean and it just looks so professional. Highly recommended.

After having a couple of the round white deep fryers I thought I'd give this one a go.
Its sooo much easier. The other type are very difficult to keep clean, this, however, is simple.
All but the electrics connected to the plug are dishwasher proof, GREAT IDEA!
As for the ease of use, even my husband has used it! Turn on and away you go.
Its built to save time, with cooking and cleaning....what else could you want!
I've used mine for 2 months now and I'm as happy now as when it first fried for me!

I recently purchased this item after getting rid of my very old fryer. I love it. It's easy to clean and heat's up real quick. The only two downsides for me, is that when you can not lift the basket before you open the lid, so you are likely to incur splatters when you lift the lid. secondly it would have been better if there was a way of hinging the lid to the main frye, then when you opene the lid you wouldn't have to drip oil everywhere.
