Worked well when it worked and very easy to clean however after not a lot of use the power on/off switch has broken. Item now completely useless as Tefal have no facility to repair or replace. They want to sell me another one with a discount. NO THANK YOU! Take note also that all printed information for temperature control and timer completely disappeared off the face of the unit after just a few cleans. Made in China but Jerry built.

Yet another problem with the on/off switch. Have had this only 4 months, used once a week, now useless. Will no longer switch on.
Will see what Amazon are going to do about it, this is obviously a design fault.

bought it and never used it, we noticed when assembled the lid does not seal because element sits up to high,looks like a bad design fault
