I am an engineer by trade and I can't imagine that it is possible to manufacture a pan from thinner steel. I cannot see this lasting very long as it is obviously so cheaply made, the handles look as though they will fall off at any minute. Even the chip basket is deformed!
Please don't do as I did and look to save a few pounds, spend the extra on a quality item because it will be worth it
